What are the services do you have?
We are doing all the services related to labor and emigration. If you want to apply for a visa for your company then you don’t have to go to Tasheel center or Amer center. Please text with Tajriba business center which is located in Business bay near Business bay metro station.

How to apply for Employment visa?
For an employment visa there are few steps…
Step. 1
Apply for the Offer letter ( Offer contract): it should be mentioned all the details related to the work, working hours, leave details, probation period, Notice period and so on
Required documents for applying Employment visa are: Applicant’s passport copy, Photo and visa copy (If the applicant inside the UAE)
NB: For the good profession the applicant has to submit the Degree certificate attested from the Ministry of foreign affairs.
Step. 2
Labor insurance typing:
Once the offer letter approved then the next process is to apply for the labor insurance. it is an important factor in the labor visa.
Step. 3
Labor card payment (Bathaka payment):
Labor card payment is depend upon the company category. If company category is 3 then labor card payment will be more than 3400 AED, For category 2 labor card payment will be less than 1500 AED and for the company category 1 the labor card payment is just below 500 AED only.
Step. 4
Entry visa:
Entry visa has to be done from the Amer center. if company have their own user then they can apply by themselves.
Step. 5
Change status:
After getting the approval from the emigration then we have to do the change status (IN-OUT) process if the employee inside the UAE.
Step. 6
Medical:
Medical should be done for doing all the rest of things. it can be from the Laiq, DHA or any medical center which is authorized by the department.
Step. 7
Emirates ID typing:
Emirates ID typing is the next process.
Step. 8
Tawjeeh class:
Tawjeeh class is only for the low profession holders
Step. 9
Visa stamping:
This is the last and final stage of the visa process. once it has been approved then within 3 working days Emirates ID will be delivered to our location.
